Times for delivery vary between our product lines. Some products are Made to Order and have lead-times anywhere from 1-6 weeks, while some products are in stock to ship immediately. Please contact us about lead-times if you need any information about a specific product.

Yes. We offer international shipping for every product on our site with the exception of ITAR regulated products.

We will be happy to offer NET 30 terms to Municipalities, Government, Police, Fire Departments, Hospitals and to recognized companies upon approval of references and banking information provided. Please contact us directly to apply for a Terms account.

All of our products are brand new, never opened. Most of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

When an order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number to track the location and current route of your order. If you have any issues, please contact us.

Yes, we do offer returns. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number before sending any items back. Certain product lines are not eligible for return, including Made-to-Order items and any products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered.

If you’d like to return a purchase you’ve made with us, please contact us for an RMA number. We want our customers to be 100% confident in our customer service and products, so we will help you accept your return as long as the product is in resale condition (i.e., unopened, unused, and not damaged).

While most products do not have return/restocking fees, some manufacturers will charge restocking fees depending on if the product is MTO or its ability to be resold. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding specific product return/restocking fees.
