“Do you offer Free Shipping?”
Yes, we offer Free Shipping on almost every product we sell in Continental 48 States.
“Do you offer No Sales Tax?”
We offer No Sales or Local Tax anywhere in the United States.
“When will my order ship out?”
Times for delivery vary between our product lines. Some products are Made to Order and have lead-times anywhere from 1-6 weeks, while some products are in stock to ship immediately. Please contact us about lead-times if you need any information about a specific product.
“Where are you located?”
We are located in the United States!
“Do you offer in person pick-up?”
We do not currently offer pick-up.
"Do you ship internationally?"
Yes. We offer international shipping for every product on our site with the exception of ITAR regulated products.
"Do you offer Net 30 Terms?"
We will be happy to offer NET 30 terms to Municipalities, Government, Police, Fire Departments, Hospitals and to recognized companies upon approval of references and banking information provided. Please contact us directly to apply for a Terms account.
"How long does it take to process an order?"
Orders are processed in the order they are received, which is generally same to next business day.
"Do you offer discounts for large volume orders?"
We are capable of providing large volume discounts depending on the product and quantity. Please contact us directly.

"Does SSP sell used or refurbished items?"
All of our products are brand new, never opened. Most of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
"Where is my order?"
When an order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number to track the location and current route of your order. If you have any issues, please contact us.
"How can I make a return?"
We do offer returns! Please contact us for an RMA number before returning. Some product lines are ineligible for return, as well as any opened, used or damaged products.
"Do you charge restocking fees for returns?"
While most products do not have return/restocking fees, some manufacturers will charge restocking fees depending on if the product is MTO or its ability to be resold. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding specific product return/restocking fees.
